All the prices are in CDN dollars and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to refuse any service including any order you placed with us to anyone at any time.

Warranty Terms –

All Amsan Sales Ltd. products have 1-year limited warranty due to competitive pricing and does not include labor warranty. This warranty applies to products purchased from directly from us or from our website. All the parts and accessories have 3 months warranty. Amsan Sales Ltd.  warranty covers defects in materials under normal use. Warranty is for parts only. All warranty claims must be pre-approved by the manufacturer to be valid. You have the option to call us, and we troubleshoot the problem over the phone with you, we ship you the part needed to fix the problem. The shipping is ground service. We do not cover labor costs for someone to install the replacement part, you can either do it yourself or pay someone to do it but most of the time it is very easy for a car mechanic to do themselves. We do not cover the rubber pads, and the cylinders come with a 30-day full warranty and after 30 days we provide a seal kit. We do not cover loss of revenue due to warranty issues.

Damaged product resulting from negligence, natural disaster, unauthorized modification, wear tear parts is not covered under our warranty. Customer must open all packages and inventory equipment within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that the product was received fully and inform us immediately if there are any issues or missing components. Seller must be notified in writing in case materials are found short or defective in any respect and failure to notify Seller has the right constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to the materials and in any event the use of the materials deemed to mean that the Seller has satisfactorily performed.  For all warranty claims we are required proof of purchase such as an invoice and product serial number, model#, description of defect and pictures of the defect part. The Manufacturer shall repair or replace at their option for this period those parts returned to the factory freight prepaid, which prove after inspection to be defective.

This warranty will not apply unless the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturers installation, operation and maintenance instructions. The customer receiving replacement parts or replacement equipment does not imply that the warranty period has been extended or renewed. Ground shipment is the only method of delivery for warranty parts. Customers can pay for expedited shipping if they want it. The warranty will be void if you don’t keep oil in the oil lubricator and empty the water separator, don’t lubricate moving parts as needed, don’t keep the product in a clean environment, and don’t inspect all parts to make sure they’re working properly. Maintenance must be performed on a regular basis to maintain the warranty valid. Any damaged parts must be returned for examination or proof must be supplied before a replacement is issued. All parts will be inspected by us or the manufacturer, and if found to be defective, we will give a replacement and/or repair. If no defect is discovered, the buyer is responsible for all part delivery expenses. Prior to any parts being returned to the customer, the customer must pay the shipping fees. Amsan Sales Ltd. is not liable to any other direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost of revenue, even if Amsan Sales Ltd has been informed of the possibility of these damages. Buyer is precluded from any further remedy once he accepts and inspect the products under this contract. Buyer is responsible for any loss damage or injury to property of buyer arising from the use and or possession of the product sold under this contract.

Return and Cancellation Policy-

All the returned products require a prior authorization from Amsan Sales Ltd. Please call our customer service team for a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Product received without RA number will be refused and no credit will be issued. For products returned to Amsan Sales Ltd. warehouse needs to be in its original packaging. Requests for return credit or exchange will be honored for a period of 10 days within date of purchase. Products returned to Amsan Sales Ltd. for reason other then inaccurate or defective items, a 30% restocking fees plus all shipping charges that include the initial shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional charges may be applied for returned products that are either opened or not in original condition/packing or incomplete items. RA numbers expire after 10 days which mean you will not be eligible for the refund after this. No return or refund on special and custom products. Shipping and Delivery Information –

On rare occasions, an order will leave our facility but will not be delivered to the client by the shipping carrier selected. Please keep in mind that the correctness of your shipping is completely your responsibility. The delivery address must be correct and appropriate for accepting packages from the delivery service. If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Amsan Sales Ltd. cannot guarantee that ordered products will arrive on a specific date or time. Any estimate given for a delivery date or time frame is just that: an estimate. You must tell Amsan Sales Ltd. at the time of order if you want merchandise in a certain time period. Most products will arrive in 3-8 days, however some may more time depending on various variables. Amsan Sales Ltd. is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client because of renting equipment for unloading or other reasons linked to receiving merchandise. If the freight provider gives the client a delivery date, but unforeseen circumstances cause the cargo to be delayed longer, Amsan Sales Ltd. will not be liable in this case. Any delivery date stated by Amsan Sales Ltd., or the freight carrier is only an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery. Depending on the item being sent, the amount, the time, and the destination, a variety of shippers may be employed to deliver the goods. Larger products may require a loading dock or other specific equipment to be removed from the delivery truck. The risk and the title of all material sold pass on to buyer upon Amsan Sales Ltd.’s delivery to shipping company at point of shipment whether or not customer pays all or/and any part of the shipping charges. In cases where Amsan Sales Ltd. provide delivery with its own transportation the title and risk of loss will pass upon unloading material at the destination point.

Customers are responsible for supplying these resources. Unless alternative arrangements have been made, the client is responsible for offloading heavy truck freight cargo from the delivery vehicle (such liftgate delivery). A liftgate delivery and/or home delivery will incur additional fees. Some things are too big to fit through a liftgate. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is also responsible for product installation. If the customer fails to adhere to the Amsan Sales Ltd. installation requirements and instructions for installation and operation, the warranty may be voided. Customer is liable for paying a re-delivery charge if the freight company attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the cargo, resulting in a subsequent re-delivery attempt. If a client has to re-direct shipment to a different delivery address after the product has already delivered, there may be additional costs. If the freight carrier must keep the merchandise because the client has been unable to obtain it for some days, the consumer may be liable for storage costs. It is the obligation of the client to check the shipment upon arrival and refuse it if it is damaged. Regardless matter what the truck driver claims, you have the right to check the package. If an item does not appear to be damaged but appears to have the potential to be damaged, the client should write this on the carrier waybill when signing for shipping. It is the client’s obligation to make a claim with the shipping carrier if an item is damaged during shipment and the customer has already accepted / received the package.

Any hidden freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier and Amsan Sales Ltd. within 48 hours. All type of claims for goods that are lost or damaged during transit, must be made exclusively by the buyer/customer against the carrier.  Customer must open all packages and inventory equipment within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that the product was received fully and inform us immediately if there are any issues or missing components. When it comes to processing and shipping orders, we have a lot of expenses. We will reimburse the client minus a 3% merchant credit card processing charge if the order is cancelled before the item ships but after payment has been completed. This is a non-refundable fee that merchant accounts impose on every transaction. Any orders that are cancelled after the item has shipped but has not yet been received by the client may be charged for shipping fees. They might also be charged a restocking fee.
